Finca Vilaflor House Rules

• Welcome Guests! These are the house rules for Finca Vilaflor. We have these set guidelines so everyone can enjoy their stay and there  are no misunderstandings. Failure to follows these rules will results in a deduction from the security deposit. Thank you for choosing Finca Vilaflor and if you have any questions please, don´t hesitate to ask.

1. No parties or events allowed

2. No smoking indoors (Terrace is ok)

3. No pets allowed

4. Suitable for children under 12

5. No unregistered guests allowed

6. Please respect the noise curfew (11 pm to 7 am is quiet time)

7. Please turn off lights, heater and/or fan when you leave.

8. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of 75€

9. Please take care of furnishings. You are financially responsible for any damage

10. Please wash the dishes before you leave

11. You are free to roam the property except for the house and other guests rooms. If you need anything please knock on the door or send us a message and we will get to you as quickly as possible.

12. Laundry can be done 2 times per week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please take care to remove your clean clothes in a timely manner and remove the lint from the dryer after you finish.
