      Please respect the noise curfew (11 pm to 7 am is quiet time)<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

      Please turn off lights, heater and\/or fan when you leave.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

      Lost keys incur a replacement fee of 75\u20ac<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

      Please take care of furnishings. You are financially responsible for any damage<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

      You are free to roam the property except for the house and other guests rooms. If you need anything please knock on the door or send us a message and we will get to you as quickly as possible.<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

      Laundry can be done 2 times per week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
